At BallerVR, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or non-functional product, you are eligible for a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Document the Issue: If you find that the item is damaged or not working, take clear photos of the issue.
- Contact Us: Email us at help@ballervr.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the photos of the damaged or non-functional item.
- Initiate Return: Our customer service team will review your case and, if approved, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund.
